The operational goal has to be the unraveling of the IRGC.
That is accomplished by targeting extensively the leadership throughout the institutional system.
The war should focus on decapitating the regime’s leaders from top to bottom. The regime has a seemingly endless missile stockpile, so targeting missiles alone is unlikely to be effective. It takes only one missile to keep the Strait of Hormuz at risk. Weakening the regime
